Chase asked us to use the career paths of real employees to attract other qualified employees. We created an integrated campaign—web, mobile, social, print, video and OOH—using employee portraits and stories.
Moving the majority of Chase's recruitment effort from print to the more relevant digital space—we helped them effectively reach today's best candidates. Social media, banner ads, emails and text notifications all drove qualified candidates to the redesigned recruitment website: careersatchase.com.
INTERACTIVE BROCHURE: Recruiters wanted a way to send candidates information that was customized to their needs, so we created a digital brochure that can be updated easily with videos, links and other content.
