The coolest picture ever taken of me.

A true integrated creative, my experience spans brand TV and print, digital, CRM, mobile, and beyond. Way beyond. While the mediums may change, one thing remains constant—I'm a big idea guy. I've brought ideas to life at some of the industry's most recognized names, including Wunderman, Deutsch, Ogilvy, and mcgarrybowen. Along the way I've helped build the 360 practices at both Deutsch and mcgarrybowen. I've also brought my focus on the big idea to pharmaceutical agencies, including GSW Worldwide where I was the creative lead on the Johnson & Johnson Ethicon business. 

My background is eclectic, too. Starting off as an illustrator, I migrated to art direction and, ultimately, built my advertising career as a writer. All of these experiences converge in my approach to creative direction.

Maybe it's my Midwestern roots, but I'm all about collaboration, collaboration, collaboration. I don't believe in turf wars. Strong work is a team effort that requires the perspectives of clients, account, strategy and, of course, creatives. My motto is, “There’s no telling what you can accomplish if you don’t care who gets the credit.”
